Summer Camp Registration & Health Form

Cost:  $220 (Sunday - Saturday)

Registration:  Sunday at 3pm

Check Out/Pick Up: Saturday at 10am

Teen Camp is open to students entering grades 7 and up in September.  There will be a separate program for Jr. High and High School.

The $50 non-refundable deposit is due by July 1, 2010.  The balance   is due by July 12th, 2010.  Registrations postmarked after July 1st  will  be accepted on an "as space available" basis.  Mail in the  balance due by July 12th to receive a $10.00 discount.

              

Other Information:

"Mail Time" is a daily highlight! Send letters with Campers name & Cabin c/o Victory Ranch. 

The Bunkhouse and Las Flores cabins provide comfortable sleeping arrangements.   All dining, meeting and living facilities are cooled.

Medications must be giving to the First Aide Director for dispensing and supervision.   Secondary medical insurance is provided, family insurance is primary.

Campership funds may be available for those who cannot attend without financial assistance. Contact your local GARBC pastor for application forms.

All Camp attire should be modest.  Boys' swimsuits should not be tight fitting and girls' swimsuits should cover the entire front midriff and should not be high-cut at the legs or low-cut in the front and back.  Shorts should have a 3 inch or longer inseam.   No bare midriffs, bra-less or strap-less tops; No mini skirts.  Please see Victory Ranch Dress Standards.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP:  Bible, Pen, Notebook, Pillow & Bedding, Toiletry items, Towels, Sunscreen, Modest one-piece swimsuit (girls), swim trunks (boys), Nice clothes for evening Chapel, Play Clothes, Disposable Camera, Pair of Jeans, Closed-toed Shoes, Flashlight, Water Bottle, Money (for Ranch Store, Crafts, Horse Rides), & Bring a FRIEND too!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BRING: Fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, weapons, playing cards, radios/CD players/MP3 players/Ipods, cell phones, magazines, or electronic games.

We ask that campers do not phone home or have parents call except for emergencies.

The Ranch reserves the right to send home at his/her own expense, and without refund, any camper who brings any of these prohibited items and/or is rebellious or disobedient.
