1. Family Camp:
a. Adult (13 and up) is the rate given.
b. Children ages 7 to 12 are 70% of the rate given.
c. Children ages 3 to 6 are 45% of the rate given.
d. Children ages 2 and under are free.

FAMILY RATES DO NOT APPLY DURING HOLIDAYS OR PEAK SEASONS.

2. Special housing is an additional $30.00 per bedroom for every three nights or a portion thereof.

3. Horseback rides are $7.00 per person for a 30 minute trail ride.  There is a 12 person ($84) minimum to saddle the horses.

4. Hayrides are $3 per person.  There is a fifteen person ($45) minimum for hayrides.

5. The cancellation fee is 1/3 of the contract total.

6. The deposit is 10% of the contract total.

7. Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour period.  Groups staying over the 24 hour period, but not staying an additional night, are subject to a day use rate of up to $9.00.

8. The $9.00 per person day use rate includes use of grounds only.  $11.00 per person includes the day use rate and use of a meeting room.  Day use rates are not subject to the family discount.
